Depois de uma pausa para café, a segunda ronda de sessões foca-se nos “Best investment advises”, e nos temas “The best “tax” deal to invest in Portuguese real estate”, “Alternative investments… be aware of regulation” e “How to look deeper into the Portuguese REIT?”.
Estas sessões serão orientadas pela C&W, CBRE, Savills, Abreu Advogados, ML e Deloitte. As conclusões ficam a cargo de Manuel Enrich, da Sareb; Miguel Ferre, da IE – Instituto de Empresa e Richard Betts, da Real Asset Media.
O evento encerra com uma sessão dedicada ao investimento alternativo, pelas 12h30, contando com a participação de especialistas como Edward Miller, da Round Hill Capital; Jason Steere, do The Student Hotel; Pedro Coelho, da Square AM, Pedro Vicente, da Habitat Invest, e Richard Betts.
